Job summary

Bel Group, Materne, North America is seeking a Machine Operator in Nampa, ID to operate and monitor FFS equipment on the A Shift (Sun-Tue, every other Wed 7am-7pm). You will ensure product quality and packaging integrity on the form-fill-seal line.

Responsibilities include setting up, loading film, inspecting pouch quality, documenting inventory, performing basic maintenance and sanitation, and adhering to GMP and safety policies.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical/Trade School preferred.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing is preferred.
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus.
  • Ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

  • Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment through touchscreen/HMI.
  • Lift and add rolls of packaging film into machine.
  • Observe materials to identify contamination or foreign materials.
  • Inspect pouches for uniformity and quality.
  • Document all necessary supply inventories.
  • Operate industrial carts and forklifts in a safe manner.
  • Perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance of equipment.
  • Clean packaging area and sanitize equipment.
  • Complete daily paperwork and reports.
  • Perform and complete sensory testing on the line.
  • Adhere to GMP, safety, and environmental protocols.
