Job summary

i9 Sports Corporation is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the youth sports experience for players and coaches. You will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while delivering instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience. Observing, assessing, and assisting coaches is paramount.

Hands-on involvement with practices and games across age groups. The role requires excellent communication, sport-specific coaching knowledge, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service.
