Job summary

i9 Sports Corporation Chicago Northside is seeking a part-time Sport Coordinator to support our youth volleyball program for players in grades 2-6. Under the Site Manager, you will help deliver fun, instructional activities and build relationships with players, parents and coaches.

You will observe, assist, and coach during practices and games on Saturdays and Sundays, promoting Sportsmanship and a positive customer service approach while developing coaching skills and acting as a role model for

• Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings (season ~7 weeks).

Job Summary

Looking for a part-time position working with kids and volleyball? We have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for individuals to aid in the implementation of our youth volleyball program.

Under the direction of the Site Manager, the Sport Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players, coaches and parents. The Sport Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands on involvement with practices and games among all skill levels for kids in grades 2-6.

EXPERIENCE PLAYING AND/OR COACHING VOLLEYBALL REQUIRED

Part-time (SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS ONLY!)
