Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree. (Must apply and be accepted in one of many graduate programs at Sul Ross State University).
• Have previous college volleyball experience either playing or coaching.
• Standard office machines; computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of practices and training sessions.
• Support game-day operations including setup, strategy, statistics, and video breakdown.
• Monitor student-athlete academic progress and compliance with university and NCAA regulations.
• Coordinate video analysis and scouting reports using [e.g., Hudl, VollyMetrics].
• help with social media content and community service initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned by the head coach or athletic department.
