Job summary

i9 Sports in Mobile, AL seeks a Volleyball Coordinator to enhance its youth programs. You will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while delivering instructional aspects, observing and assisting coaches in practices and games across age groups and skill levels.

Lead volleyball practice sessions focusing on fundamentals and fun, teach sportsmanship, and maintain a positive attitude with strong customer service. Availability Monday evenings 5pm–9pm starting Sept 28.

• Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems.
• Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.

Job Summary
The Volleyball
Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skill levels.

• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
