• Assists in coaching student-athletes and evaluates their performance.
• Helps with the scouting and recruitment of student-athletes.
• Monitors the conditioning and training of student-athletes.
• Counsels team members in academic and personal matters.
• Participates in the analysis of tactical and statistical data.
• Attends coaches’ preparatory meetings to implement strategies.
• Advises student-athletes regarding compliance with rules.
• Other duties as assigned by the Head Volleyball Coach.
