Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in coaching or strong sport knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to work in a collaborative setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach in developing student athletes technically and tactically.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, high-performance environment.
• Support program tasks and logistics; participate in professional development.
