Job summary

Martin Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Service Technician for our Volkswagen San Bernardino dealership. We value certified technicians who are eager to join a team focused on quality and service.

You will diagnose and repair automotive systems, test components with diagnostic tools, and coordinate with the Service Advisor on recommended work. We offer a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, weekly pay, and opportunities through the President's Club.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Computer literate.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
• OEM certifed technician preferred.
• Manufacturer certifications preferred.

Sign-On Bonus

• Up to $3,000 sign-on bonus, dependent upon certifications and experience**

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
