Bill Jacobs Volkswagen in Naperville, IL is seeking an experienced Volkswagen Master Certified Technician to join our high-volume service department. You will diagnose and repair complex VW systems, perform inspections, and contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

Volkswagen Master Certified Technician credentials.
Automotive dealership service experience appropriate to the position.
Valid driver's license and the ability to meet dealership insurability standards.
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair capabilities.
Commitment to quality workmanship, professionalism, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using VW diagnostic systems.
Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs to VW standards.
Troubleshoot and repair engine, transmission, brake, HVAC, electrical systems.
Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while upholding safety standards.
Document diagnostic findings, repairs, and recommendations.
Collaborate with service advisors, parts personnel, and technicians to support workflow.
Continue developing technical expertise through manufacturer training.
