A performance-based music school is seeking experienced multi-instrumentalist instructors to teach piano, keyboards, and vocals to students of all ages. Ideal candidates are classically trained musicians who can mentor students, direct performances, and communicate effectively with parents. Qualifications

• Experience teaching music in a private or semi-private lesson format.
• Understanding of curriculum-based methods and arrangements.
• Ability to mentor music students effectively.
• Proficiency in using basic sound equipment.
• Clear communication with parents regarding student progress.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and mentor music students in piano, keyboards, and vocals.
• Direct small groups in performing and recording music.
• Support student placement in rock bands with the music director.
• Manage equipment setup and breakdown for events.
• Communicate with parents about student progress.
