Job summary

Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to support picking and packing operations. You will follow voice-directed picking, select and pack products, verify items, and prepare shipments with attention to detail.

Role requires basic warehousing knowledge, strong reading/writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. On-site work with safety and quality standards emphasized.

• Good communication (written/verbal) skills.
• Detail oriented and accountable for accurate decisions under guidelines.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work under stress, and handle multiple assignments.
• Ability to read fine print and differentiate products with similar characteristics.
• Knowledge of basic warehousing operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives coversheet and assigned cart for each order series and starts voice-directed picking.
• Picks products from bins, places into cart, and bags to group items for shipping.
• Verifies products during picking and packing; updates packing lists.
• Selects appropriately sized boxes/envelopes to prevent damage during delivery.
• Packs orders neatly to protect fragile items and liquids.
• Reports errors in product selection and corrects orders before shipment.
• Operates conveyor system to route packed orders to packing area for sealing.
• Assists with special orders and maintains clean, safe work area.
• Participates in additional duties as required and adheres to company policies.
