Merchants Distributors, Inc. (MDI) seeks an Order Selector to hand-pick cases in a multi-level warehouse using a Voice Acknowledgement system and an electric pallet jack.

You will build complete orders on pallets, inspect products, and prepare them for loading with proper wrapping, labeling, and documentation. Responsibilities include meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards, working a fixed schedule with shift from 7:00 AM to completion, and collaborating with team members in a

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Must pass a post offer drug test and background check.
• Flexible schedule if needed.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, time-sensitive warehouse.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds and up to 100+ pounds depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Confirm picks by voice and use a scanner to enter weights.
• Stack cases on pallets neatly and wrap/load pallets to the correct dock.
• Operate reach lift as needed.
• Maintain a minimum weekly productivity average of 155 cases/hour.
• Perform additional tasks such as loading and quality checks as required by supervisor.
