Job summary

Bamboo Works is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to support testing efforts across Voice AI components. This fully remote, part-time position requires 1–3 years of QA experience and familiarity with ASR, NLU, and TTS technologies. Candidates will create and execute test plans, conduct functional testing, and maintain test documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth in the fast-growing Voice AI sector. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Exposure to Voice AI, Chatbots, or Conversational AI products is preferred.
• Basic understanding of ASR, NLU, and TTS technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing of AI‑powered voice interactions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation.
