SpaceXAI seeks exceptionally smart, execution-oriented engineers to help build the world’s best voice AI. You will work on the Grok Voice Model team, owning data curation, model pre-training, and evaluation to push quality, speed, and stability across languages and devices.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Python programming.
• Experience processing large-scale datasets with Spark and Ray.
• Proficiency in pre-training and post-training with JAX/PyTorch.
• Ability to design robust evaluation pipelines including AB tests.
• Experience with Kubernetes for distributed training and inference.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate large-scale speech data pipelines for model training.
• Advance pre-training and post-training processes with fine-tuning and RL.
• Develop evaluation frameworks covering metrics, human studies, content factuality.
• Collaborate with product teams to deploy voice models in real-time environments.
