and Canada, with a base salary range of $180,000–$200,000. You will design and iterate on scalable systems, explore orchestration and prompts, and collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams to improve UX for non‑technical users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a product-oriented software engineering role.
• CS/Engineering degree; startup, consulting, or customer‑facing tech experience is a plus.
• Strong programming fundamentals in Typescript, React, NextJS, and NodeJS.

About the Role

As a Voice Agent Engineer, you’ll be the connective tissue between our GTM AI agents and real-world customer outcomes. AI is redefining the way people sell - and the Voice team is on the front lines of making that happen. Location is flexible—we’re hiring in San Francisco (in-office) and remotely throughout the U.S. and Canada.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and iterate on fullstack systems that power AI agents from concept to deployment
• Research and evaluate new approaches to agent orchestration, prompting strategies, and model alignment
• Collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams to improve UX and usability for non-technical users
• Share learnings, document findings, and contribute to the evolution of internal best practices
• Participate in peer reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical deep dives with our global team

Ideal Candidates Have

• 3+ years of experience in a product-oriented software engineering role
• A CS/Engineering degree & professional experience; bonus if you’ve worked in a startup, consulting, or customer-facing technical role before
• Strong programming fundamentals in Typescript, React, NextJS, and NodeJS
• Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and debugging live systemsInterest in AI/LM, conversational AI, or voice technologies
• Responsive and proactive in addressing customer needs with bias for action - comfortable shipping quickly and improving continuously in live deployments

Base salary range: $180,000 – $200,000

*Final offer will be based on a variety of factors, including role level, relevant experience, skills, and job-related expertise.
