Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Warehouse Picker Order Selector in Irving, TX. The role involves voice-assisted picking, stacking cases up to 50 lbs, and preparing orders for loading with pallet jacks and walkie-riders.

The position is full-time, with shifts Monday–Friday, starting pay at $20.83/hour and increases after 6 months. Candidates should be able to work overtime and weekends as needed. Benefits are provided to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to work while using a headset, voice-activated order selector system.
• Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel and lift during the shift.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cold.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products by matching numbers and products using voice audio headset.
• Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively from floor to over-head.
• Place the beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet.
• Hand shrink wrap orders with label and move completed order to the loading dock area using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment.
• May need to perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.
