Job summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitate intake processes for the Fresh Start classes.
• Deliver and support instruction for the Fresh Start classes.
• Attend community events to recruit participants for the Fresh Start classes.
• Determine student eligibility and maintain files for individuals awarded childcare assistance through New Directions; review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of all payment information and invoices from childcare vendors.
• Access, input, and retrieve information from PeopleSoft to support eligible students; collaborate with college departments and provide referrals to assist retention.
• Represent the Falcon HOPE Center at college events, promoting services for CTE students.
• Attend scheduled meetings with departmental staff.
• Perform other Falcon HOPE Center operations and special projects as assigned by the Director or President.
• Other duties as assigned by the President or their designee.

• Facilitate all the intake processes for the Fresh Start classes.
• Deliver and support instruction for the Fresh Start classes.
• Attend community events to recruit participants for the Fresh Start classes.
• Perform duties related to determining student eligibility and maintaining files for individuals awarded childcare assistance through New Directions. Review student documentation for completeness and accuracy and ensure proper reporting of information.
• Maintain accurate records of all payment information and invoices received from childcare vendors.
• Access, input, and retrieve information from PeopleSoft to support eligible students. Collaborate with college departments and provide appropriate referrals to assist students with retention.
• Serve as a representative of the Falcon HOPE Center at college events, presenting program information to faculty staff, to promote services supporting CTE students.
• Attend scheduled meetings with departmental staff.
• Perform other duties, Falcon Hope Center operations, and special projects as assigned and directed by the Director.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned and directed by the President or their designee.

• Operate a calculator, PC and keyboard; sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time while performing detailed tasks.
