Job summary

Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts, located in Fresno, CA, seeks an experienced LVN or RN Didactic/Clinical Instructor for the Vocational Nursing Program on the Fresno campus. This is a full-time role with responsibilities across didactic and clinical instruction.

The ideal candidate holds a California RN or LVN license with a Bachelor’s degree or teaching credentials, plus relevant teaching experience. The position includes full benefits and a competitive salary range of $72,000 to $91,000 per

Qualifications

  • Teaching experience in vocational nursing or didactic instruction.
  • Curriculum development and program planning experience preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate with didactic and clinical faculty and participate in faculty meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Teach assigned classes for the Vocational Nursing program.
  • Meet with didactic and clinical faculty to discuss program development.
  • Be available for on-campus meetings and campus activities as needed.
  • Support the Campus Director and Nursing Program Leadership in organizing the program and enforcing standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of medical education requirements and campus facilities.
