NFI North is seeking a Vocational Staff/Employment Specialist for our Transitional Housing Program in Concord, NH. The role focuses on delivering rehabilitation services to help participants gain independence and employment readiness within a supportive housing setting.

As a member of the management team, you will provide therapy, resource management, and coordinate clinical equipment, bringing 1–3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience with the relevant program population.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to optimize personal independence and increase employment potential.
• Therapy and resource management and is responsible for all clinical equipment.
• Member of the management team.
