Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling/Administration, Social Work or closely-related discipline is required.
• Certification as CRC and/or LCSW or independent licensure is required.
• 4+ years of experience, two after Masters, in case load management with individuals who have disabilities and/or vocational impairments.

Responsibilities

• 70% Vocational Counseling: Develops plans and coordinates enrollment and job placement for associates.
• 15% Professional Consultation: Trains Church leaders and supervises volunteers.
• 15% Resource Management: Builds partnerships with Church and community resources and with employers.
