Job summary

Omega Health Services seeks a Vocational Counselor in Remington, VA, to help individuals with disabilities, veterans, and others facing employment barriers build confidence, find meaningful work, and gain independence. You will connect clients with opportunities, develop employment plans, and collaborate with employers and the local community.

Responsibilities include counseling, resume support, interview prep, and workplace accommodations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current insurance.
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screenings.
