Job summary

Omega Health Services in Chantilly, VA is seeking a compassionate Vocational Counselor to help individuals with disabilities identify strengths, explore career goals, and connect with local employers in the community. • Relevant professional or lived experience supporting individuals in employment, education, human services, disability services, or related settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a community-based environment.
• Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current insurance.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screenings.
• Basic computer skills.
