You will nurture musical growth while upholding our culture of integrity, inclusion, and respect. Responsibilities include teaching, collaborating with the Lessons Lead to schedule students, and providing excellent customer service to build long-term relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
• Ability to teach the instrument they are proficient in such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.
• Demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area they will be teaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons following Guitar Center Lessons curriculum and increase student headcount.
• Assist with Customer service as needed, helping to build and maintain long term students by creating a great experience.
• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs.
• Engage with students and families to share goals and progress.
