Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking an NVH Attribute Engineer in Foster City for an on-site role shaping noise and vibration performance across thermal systems, aeroacoustics, and airborne noise. You will contribute to vehicle-level development and testing in a collaborative engineering environment.

Responsibilities include defining NVH targets, plans for CAE and hardware strategies, and supporting testing at vehicle and bench levels.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of automotive NVH development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of acoustics and vibration principles.
• Hands-on vehicle-level NVH development and integration.
• Experience with vehicles, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
• Ability to analyze acoustic and vibration data using tools such as LMS, Test.Lab, or HEAD ArtemiS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to advocate for NVH needs in cross-functional settings.
