Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking an LVN Program Coordinator to work under the VN Program Directors to plan, develop, manage, and evaluate the Vocational Nursing program.

The role requires RN/LVN licensure in the assigned state and 3+ years with a Bachelor’s or 6+ years with an Associate’s, with teaching or clinical supervision experience preferred; salary ranges from $104,000 to $110,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN licensure in the assigned state (active, clear, current)
• Minimum three years’ experience with a Bachelor's degree OR six years with an Associate's degree as LVN or RN; teaching or clinical supervision experience preferred
• Ability to plan, develop, and evaluate program components, and to meet state/board reporting requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, managing, updating and evaluating all aspects of the program
• Prepare data and materials for state and Board reports, surveys, audits, and site visits
• Assist in training faculty and their professional development
• Plan staffing to ensure course coverage and timely evaluations of students
• Ensure timely clinical assignments, rotations, and evaluations; maintain student records and documentation
• Support strategic planning and instructional quality initiatives
• Comply with policies and ensure students meet graduation and licensing requirements
• Teach theory or clinical components as needed
• Other duties as assigned
