Job Description:

This team will support VMWare, Nutanix, AVS (Azure VMWare Solutions) and NetApp related requests.

Qualifications:

  1. 6+ Years of experience in VMWare.
  2. Must have a VMWare Certified (6.x or higher).
  3. Candidate must have VMWare work experience in implementation and customer interaction.
  4. At least 1 year or more experience on Nutanix.
  5. Nutanix certification will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
  6. Should have knowledge on Azure NetApp files storage.

Responsibilities:

  1. Will be training, mentoring & guiding CSS frontline support engineers in triaging, scoping, troubleshooting tickets.
  2. Will create AVS training syllabus by core areas like HCX, NSX, Day 0 provisioning, etc.
  3. Will guide and handle Fortune 500 customer interactions.
  4. Will facilitate VMware Tier 3 engagement and ensure the right amount of troubleshooting is conducted at Tier 1 level before engaging VMware external Support.
  5. Will closely collaborate with Internal technical teams to troubleshoot customer cases.
  6. Able to answer 'How do I' tickets at Tier 1 level.
  7. Will provide constant feedback to AVS Engineering on improvements and automations.
