Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in project management, procurement, or customer service, with a focus on inventory control, CRM usage, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management, procurement, or customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• High School or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with the sales department and customers to understand needs and opportunities.
• Execute vendor managed inventory requirements to maximize profitability and address customer needs.
• Monitor inventory usage and place re-orders per defined points.
• Train new hires on VMI processes such as data analysis and replenishment.
• Conduct on-site customer assessments and other services as needed.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction and profit.
