Job summary

Retina Group of Washington (RGW) and Retina Care Center (RCC) seek vitreoretinal specialists (surgeons or medical retina) to join a nationally recognized network serving VA, MD, and DC.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and board eligibility/certification.
• ABO certification or eligibility required.
• ACGME-accredited Ophthalmology residency completed.
• Fellowship in Medical Retina or vitreoretinal surgery.
• Strong commitment to ethical patient care and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Join RGW/RCC retina practice across VA/MD/DC.
• Build and grow a long-term practice with mentorship and career development.
• Participate in clinical trials as needed and potential PI opportunities.
• Collaborate with physician leadership and private-equity backed growth initiatives.
