PRISM Vision Group in Pennsylvania invites a Retina Specialist (Medical or Surgical) to join our growing network across Langhorne and Doylestown. You will join a busy practice with an established patient base and access to modern diagnostic and surgical support.

Our Physician Recruitment Package Includes a Signing Bonus of $30K and Career Starter Bonus of $100K, with potential earnings in the Surgical Retina range of $400K–$600K and Medical Retina $360K–$540K in the first years.

Qualifications

• MD ophthalmologist with retina subspecialty
• Opportunity to participate in Phase 2 and 3 clinical trials

Responsibilities

• Doctor-centric clinical teams (scribes, photographers, ophthalmic technicians)
• Essential diagnostic and treatment equipment in every location
• Ready access to operating rooms with modern systems and staffing
• Fully staffed clinical trials team with opportunity to serve as principal investigator in Phase 2 and 3 trials
• Guidance on referral relationship development and practice building
• Collaborative surgical skills review and mentorship
• Physician-led administrative team focused on strategic growth and brand marketing
