Qualifications

• MD or DO equivalent required.
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Illinois.
• Board certified or eligible in ophthalmology.
• Two-year vitreoretinal fellowship completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care focused on medical and surgical retina.
• Teach residents, medical students, ophthalmology residents and retina fellows.
• Engage in scholarly activities within UChicago Medicine.
