Qualifications

• BC/BE in Ophthalmology, fellowship-trained in Vitreoretinal Surgery, and eligible for unrestricted Florida licensure.

Responsibilities

• Join a turnkey retina practice with immediate patient volume.
• See 40–50 patients daily with strong surgical case volume.
• Treat AMD, Diabetic Retinopathy, Retinal Detachments/Tears, Macular Holes, ERM, and Complex Retina.

• IMMEDIATE SURGICAL & PATIENT VOLUME:See 40–50 patients daily with strong surgical case volume and diverse pathology across the full spectrum of vitreoretinal disease.
• ESTABLISHED REFERRAL NETWORK:Strong, long‑standing relationships with referring ophthalmologists and optometrists throughout Lee and Collier counties.
• COMPREHENSIVE CONDITIONS TREATED:Full medical & surgical management of AMD, Diabetic Retinopathy, Retinal Detachments/Tears, Macular Holes, ERM, and Complex Retina.

• FIRST-YEAR PACKAGE:$600,000 Guaranteed Base Salary plus a $100,000 Signing Bonus and production incentives once exceeding base.
