Job summary
Endeavor Health in Glenview, IL is seeking a Vitamin Specialist - Per Diem to educate the public on nutritional supplements and assist with patient orders. This per diem role includes calling patients about special orders, stocking shelves, counseling on herbal information, and placing supply orders.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:45am-4:45pm, with variable per diem scheduling. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience with supplements/herbs/integrative medicine, and excellent people
Qualifications
- High School degree required.
- Experience with supplements/herbs/integrative medicine preferred.
- Excellent people skills and problem solving abilities.
- Interest in supplements, health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Educating the public on nutritional supplements and Endeavor selected herbals and vitamins.
- Telephones patients about their special orders.
- Puts away orders, rotating stock on shelves and facing shelves as new items are stocked.
- Performs appropriate patient counseling including distribution of appropriate herbal information.
- Places supply orders.
