Job summary

LOFT, part of KnitWell Group, is seeking a Visual Stock Associate in Miami, FL. You’ll help store operations run smoothly by overseeing shipments, moving products from stockroom to sales floor, and keeping the shop organized and fully stocked.

You’ll greet customers and contribute to a welcoming, high-standard shopping environment. You’ll display new merchandise, manage inventory and price accuracy, and assist store leaders with daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.

• Prepare the store and backroom: process shipments, stock the sales floor, organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.

About the role As a Visual Stock Associate, you help the operations of the store run smoothly. You oversee shipment processing and manage product movement from the stockroom to the sales floor. You ensure the stockroom, sales floor, and desk are always organized and fully stocked. You take ownership of the entire process, so everything – from products to supplies – is in its proper place. While on the sales floor, you also greet customers and help set the tone for excellent shopping experiences. With your attention to detail and commitment to customer service, you play an integral role in contributing to the store's success.
