Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards and visual presentation per direction with leadership from the Merchandising Manager
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor with clear, compelling product display
• Replenish inventory on the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes
• Coach and train associates to follow brand standards and merchandising direction
• Perform pricing, ticketing and sign changes accurately and efficiently
• Support training on merchandising standards, product knowledge and tools
• Collaborate with Operations on incoming product and merchandising execution
• Demonstrate integrity, teamwork and uphold safety policies on the floor
• Lead by example to meet or exceed individual goals and drive store results
