Job summary

Von Maur is hiring a Visual Display Associate to create fashionable, trend-forward displays across the store. You will arrange merchandise displays and floral accents to build a cohesive store appearance and provide customers with a visually exciting shopping experience.

You will train associates on visual merchandising techniques, maintain fixtures and lighting, and prepare seasonal store displays while ensuring the store remains visually appealing and clean.

Responsibilities

• Creatively arrange merchandise displays and floral accents throughout the store
• Train associates and new department managers on visual merchandising techniques and guidelines – assist with selling floor displays
• Maintain fixtures, displays, and display lighting
• Prepare, arrange, and preserve seasonal store visual and displays
• Maintain a visually exciting and clean store
