• Adjusts displays to maintain strategies and create elevated presentations.
• Supports store team with major gameplan sets and ensures plan integrity.
• Partners with team on merchandising opportunities as product arrives.
• Remerches and optimizes product to maximize sales and respond to trends.
• Maintains and presents visual displays according to company directives.
• Maintains daily standards of mannequins, displays, strike-points; focus on head-to-toe merchandising.
• Uses merchandising best practices to maximize space and inventory variability.
• Engages in behaviors aligned with House of Sport customer service standards to deliver outstanding store experience.
