Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Duluth, MN is seeking a Merchandise Specialist to support group sales and manage visual displays. You will partner with the Merchandise Manager and store leaders to create appealing layouts using bust forms, mannequins, props, and more, and to execute seasonal changes.

You will assist customers and help them decide on purchases, maintaining high presentation standards. Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.75 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail merchandising experience preferred.
• Experience with displays, shop layouts, and visual props.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to execute product displays and seasonal changes.
• Maintain visual presentation standards across departments.
• Ensure signage standards and policies are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist buying decisions.
• Assist with budget tracking for displays.
• Complete monthly photo uploads via web portal.
• Other duties as assigned.
