The position offers full-time hours with competitive hourly pay and benefits. Candidates should be prepared for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail visual merchandising experience required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs as part of physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Ensure all merchandise is on floor with full size runs and proper signage.
• Collaborate with management on seasonal merchandising and new visual initiatives.
• Monitor merchandise sell-through and replenishment using sales reports.
• Create displays to drive sell-through and respond to business needs.
• Adjust lighting to highlight merchandise and displays per company standards.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to employees and customers.
• Follow company policy and notify management of infractions.
• Assist management to identify and resolve store issues.
• Support team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
