Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills are required.
• Ability to hear, listen and communicate verbally with others.
• Proficient with web-based computer programs for tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods during shifts.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs and prove completion.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital information storewide.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing ones.
• Support add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged signs, merchandise, and displays as needed.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
