Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store and handle end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service and supporting store operations.

The role emphasizes attendance, flexibility, and the ability to complete planograms, plan measurements, and signage updates promptly while maintaining safety standards and collaborating with the District FAST

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required.
• HS diploma preferred but not required; reading, writing and counting accuracy needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale).
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
