Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Visual Merchandising Production Specialist to lead construction, installation and finish of visual elements for marketing presentations, events, pop-up shops and store design prototypes. You will plan and execute projects, coordinating with teams while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires travel, flexible schedules and strong collaboration with in-store and regional partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in Visual Merchandising/Cabinetry/Woodworking.
• Knowledge of basic/advanced building techniques.
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Proficiency in all basic Computer Software, including MS Office.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Ability to build strong relationships with in-store teams, regional/corporate merchants and store/general managers.
• Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, finish, transport, and manage all visual elements for store marketing presentations, events, pop-ups and prototypes.
• Own and drive projects from initiation to completion, including coordinating resources and timelines.
• Ensure safety and proper use of tools and equipment in a high production environment.
• Travel and work flexible schedules as required by projects and locations.
• Collaborate with merchants and store leadership to execute campaigns and store design concepts.
