Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to join the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in a single-store role. You will own start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

Responsibilities include planogram execution, price changes, and maintaining signage. Strong communication and basic computer skills are preferred; 18+ and read/write/count abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• As FAST Team Member, complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and complete store layout initiatives.
