Anthropologie in Savannah is seeking an experienced Store Visual Merchandiser to lead product flow, merchandising, and customer-focused in-store experiences. You will mentor the team, drive omni-channel service, and maintain brand standards while delivering sales goals.

You’ll collaborate with store leadership, plan visuals and layout, and optimize stock and display plans across floors and back-of-house processes. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand fan
• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership
• Strong merchant skills with a history of delivering financial results
• Experience with floor planning
• Proven record of developing great talent
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Partners with store leadership in managing product flow and visual execution while empowering the team to prioritize the customer
• Takes a forward-thinking approach to the customer experience, in-store marketing, merchandising, and fostering a creative community to drive sales
• Mentors the team to provide a frictionless customer experience using technology to transact in the moment
• Promotes an inclusive environment and coaches team on analysis of business related to visual presentation to achieve sales goals
• Supports talent onboarding and invests in internal employee engagement to retain a diverse team
• Manages visual direction from planning through execution within budgets and timelines
• Plans shipment processes and replenishment strategies to maximize product placement
• Provides feedback and maintains communication with leadership to ensure directives are completed
