Formación

• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills with a track record of delivering financial results.
• Experience with floor planning.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for URBN brand and customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the store team to create engaging visual experiences and displays.
• Lead and mentor department and display staff; set clear objectives and expectations.
• Direct visual direction from planning through execution within budgets and timelines.
• Analyze store performance and implement visual strategies to maximize sales and meet targets.
• Communicate product knowledge and brand messaging in daily team meetings.
