Job summary

Primark is seeking a creative Visual Merchandiser in New York. You will be the store's visual ambassador, delivering inspiring displays that reflect the latest fashion trends and maximise sales while upholding Primark brand guidelines.

Work with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager to maintain high visual standards, refresh windows and mannequins, support customers with styling advice, and launch campaigns across the store.

Qualifications

• Previous retail and visual merchandising experience.
• Creative eye with ability to present products to drive sales.
• Strong people skills and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Ability to plan independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring visual propositions for the Primark brand.
• Partner with VM Manager and Store Manager to maintain high visual standards.
• Reflect local customer trends in windows, mannequins, and displays.
• Adapt displays to stay commercially relevant when stock changes.
• Champion best practices to influence the customer journey.
• Assist customers with style advice and product availability.
• Provide guidance to colleagues on visual proposition.
• Launch new campaigns across the store following guidelines.
• Attend team huddles and share updates on trends and activities.
• Keep pricing tickets and POS materials up to date.
