Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in-store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage updates, price changes, and assembly of merchandise and fixtures. The role emphasizes customer service and collaboration with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining planograms, inventory integrity, and store displays while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in stores using GURA guidelines.
