REVOLVE in Aventura, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager, Visual Merchandising to support the Store Manager in driving a performance-based culture and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role partners with leadership and acts as a brand ambassador for our customers and staff.

The position leads visual initiatives, coordinates floor sets, coaches team members, and uses sales data to optimize displays and sell-through while upholding brand standards and a high level of service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• Experience in a managerial role leading a team.
• Eye for detail and passion for fashion trends.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort engaging with clients at a high level of service.
• Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Visual Merchandising Manager in executing visual initiatives, floor sets, events, and staff education.
• Collaborate with store leadership to ensure displays align with directives and drive productivity.
• Perform general leadership tasks such as opening/closing and coaching team members.
• Lead a team on designated sales floors to maintain best-in-class VM.
• Use feedback and sales reports to plan merchandise movement to enhance sell-through.
• Communicate updates on product, merchandising changes, and floor visuals.
• Provide in-the-moment training on brand standards and display techniques.
• Partner with Operations to ensure smooth product flow.
• Utilize the Visual Merchandising Checklist to maintain store standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering elevated client experiences.
