Job summary

Patina Stores in Minnesota (Maple Grove, Eden Prairie, Minneapolis and Saint Paul) is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support floor sets, stock flow, and inventory management. You will collaborate with the Lead Merchandiser to create compelling displays and ensure merchandise is positioned for optimal storytelling.

The role offers both full-time and part-time options with hourly pay of $19.00–$20.00, plus a generous employee discount.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• High energy and strong visual aesthetic.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including day/evening/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with floor sets and executing visual displays per guidance from Manager/Merchandiser.
• Process incoming merchandise and restock sales floor.
• Hang fixtures and manage inventory levels to maintain store presentation.
• Help with large store moves, seasonal displays, and store-wide initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service and support store operations as needed.
