Job summary

Nordstrom Inc. in Des Peres, Missouri seeks a creative Visual Merchandiser who translates the latest fashion trends into eye-catching in-store displays. You will build knowledge of merchandising strategies, align with department managers, and support high-level execution of visual standards across the shop.

This role requires flexibility in schedule and the ability to use ladders, drills and other tools, with strong attention to detail and computer proficiency to learn new applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising and styling with knowledge of current fashion trends and styles.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic construction skills in building and assembly of visual props.
• The ability to use ladders, drills, box knives, and other miscellaneous tools.
• Computer proficiency and comfortable learning new computer applications.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs.

The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on business needs.
