• Own one slice of Wealth Partners' general mission end to end.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable NC regulations.
• Field curveballs from High Point clients without losing the thread.
• Monitor work quality and flag issues before they escalate.
• Own the day-to-day rhythm of general work across our High Point, NC operation.
• Keep Wealth Partners's Negotiation pipeline humming without constant hand-holding.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
